Life can be challenging for everyone, but more so if you have ADHD. You may not be able to stay on track or easily control your emotions. Overwhelm, procrastination and perfectionism may leave you feeling stuck. If you are having challenges organizing your life, managing your time, regulating your emotions, feeling restless, and sustaining focus and attention, I can assist you.
Coaching can help you access your best self and realize your full potential. You can thrive, not just survive. Both long-term goals and daily challenges can be made easier when Executive Function (EF) skills are improved. Coaching provides you with an ongoing collaborative partnership to bring about positive personal and professional change.
I employ extensive, ADHD and EF knowledge, and ADHD-friendly tools and strategies, to support and assist you to achieve your goals. My approach is to work collaboratively with you, in a safe and non-judgmental environment, in order to create new routines and habits that are customized to suit your unique circumstances, learning, processing, and organizational styles. By uncovering and building upon your unique set of strengths, you will experience the success you deserve.
If you have received a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder, you might be trying to decide the best course of action moving forward. ADHD coaching is an intervention that complements medication and other non-pharmacologic alternatives.
