When I first started my sessions with Dr. Sodhi, I was in the winters of my life and I was so angry and sad without knowing why. As we worked on my depression and on the trauma of my past, what was once an unbearable and inexplainable weight on my life soon became something I could understand — as if I had been seeing my life through foggy glasses all this time and only now were the objects of my suffering taking shape. We didn’t stop there. We found my deep-seated issues, which years of habit had hidden, and we snipped them at their buds. This is what separates Dr. Sodhi from other therapists I’ve had: her ability to get to the essence of every issue, and most importantly, her ability to arm her clients with the tools to stay healthy in a world that is never short of obstacles. Because of this, after just a year of therapy, I feel like I’ve become a therapist in my own right.

Priya Sodhi is an angel on this earth. I’m not sure where we would be right now without her help. She was able to swoop in and connect with my son like no one else. She is the most positive and encouraging person I know. She related to my son on his level without making him feel bad about who he is. She was able to get my son to voluntarily enroll in a program not only once, but twice. We are forever grateful for this wonderful doctor in our lives.

Priya has changed my life. She has an incredibly friendly, non-judgmental style of coaching. My life was a struggle after an ADHD diagnosis. It’s not like that anymore. Priya has helped me identify obstacles, put in place solutions and strategies that help me operate much better on a daily basis. She is an exceptional coach, and a wonderful, empathetic person.
